Wondering where the homeless are now? Just shuffled to another encampment or getting the help that they need?
Not sure it’s related, but San Leandro seems to have more homeless individuals and encampments than ever. Our Marina is already in a sad state of blocked off roads and cyclone fencing, but recently the RVs are creeping back.
