We’re pleased to report that over 130 smart, charming, engaged Oaklanders have signed up to attend our “Get in the mix with Oakland Report” social event. The event will take place at the historic Breuner building at 2201 Broadway in uptown Oakland on Thursday, January 8 at 6 pm.
Meet and mingle with other engaged Oaklanders to share your thoughts about the city’s challenges and promise, and to have a good time. The event is free to our subscribers and supporters, but we ask that you please register in advance by sending your RSVP:
Donation match challenge
We’re thrilled to announce that a group of donors has generously offered a dollar-for-dollar donation match challenge. Your donation to Oakland Report will be matched 100%, up to $15,000, from now through January 8.
