The Department of Violence Prevention did present performance data for grantees on May 15th to the Public Safety Committee Attachment B includes their "Evidence Based Funding Strategies" with references to studies both in and out of Oakland. Attachment C has metrics that include #community building events hosted, #hours conducted doing outreach, #individuals referred to at least one service - it depends on the type of organization.
